Dairy whiteners allow having one’s favourite cup of tea or coffee. The product reconstitutes compliments liquid milk for the intended use in making tea or coffee.

1. ShahiTukda
· Using a sharp knife, cut 4-6 slices of bread diagonally. Set aside after crisping them in a pan
· 2 tbsp Nova desi ghee, 2 cups Nova Dairy Whitener, 1 cup water, well mixed in a deep bottomed pan, bring to a boil, then add 4 tablespoons condensed milk.
· Stir well and taste to see if the sugar has to be adjusted. Boil for 1 minute with 3-5 saffron strands
· Add the roasted bread slices and top with almonds and pistachios.
Serve!
2. Doodhi Kheer
· Set aside 1/2 bottle gourd that has been grated and squeezed dry. Saute
· With 1 tbsp of Nova ghee, in a frying pan, combine 1 1/2 cup of Nova Dairy Whitener with 1 cup water and bring to a boil.
· Stir in 2 tablespoons sugar, then add the sautéed bottle gourd and simmer for 7-10 minutes, or until the mixture thickens somewhat.
Serve hot, topped with pistachios and almonds.
3. Vanilla Ice Cream
· In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of Nova milk to a boil, then add 1/2 cup sugar and whisk constantly.
· In the meantime, in a separate bowl, combine 1 tbsp hot milk with 1 tbsp Nova Dairy Whitener, stirring well to combine.
· Combine the Dairy Whitener and sugared milk in a mixing bowl.
· Stir constantly until the milk has thickened.
· Allow it to cool before adding 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
· Refrigerate the bowl for 3 hours after sealing it with cling foil.
· Transfer to a mixing bowl and blend with a hand blender after 3 hours.
· Pour the mixture into ice cream moulds and freeze for 5-7 hours.
Serve chilled with a pistachio and almond garnish.
4. Kalakand
· 2 cups paneer, 1 1/2 cups Nova Dairy Whitener, 1 1/2 cups fresh cream, 3/4 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon cardamom powder.
· Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly, in a pan with this mixture.
· Remove from the heat and spread evenly on a greased rectangular tin or plate.
· Garnish with crushed pistachio and silver vary if desired.
· Allow 3-4 hours for it to set.
Cut the Kalakand into bite-sized pieces and serve!
